Claire is a highly organised individual, focused on gaining maximum exposure for her clients across a wide variety of media platforms. Her thirst for knowledge ensures a cutting-edge approach so that modern developments can be incorporated in to client strategies. Before embarking on a career in PR & Marketing, Claire worked as an event groom and studied for an Equine Science degree. When Claire isn’t shouting from the rooftops about fabulous products, she enjoys spending time with her Andalusian gelding, Solitario, supporting British wildlife and devouring DVD box sets.
Which campaign are you most proud of?
I launched a social media campaign which not only raised the profile of a revolutionary new horse care product, but also promoted equine welfare. For a new product which was just starting to make its way on to shop shelves, social media was to be at the heart of marketing activities, to create a buzz and drive consumer demand. The campaign reflected recent findings from the National Equine Health Survey and was an emotive ‘call to action’ which engaged a wide audience. The campaign was hugely successful, receiving national press coverage and an international response across social media channels.
What is the best thing about being an account manager?
I really enjoy the journey I take with each of my clients. It is hugely rewarding to be a part of a business’ successes and I love the challenge of finding unique and appropriate solutions to the questions posed. As an account manager you develop a close working relationship with your clients and become an important part of the team.
